2. Permitted Uses
Synchroverse is designed for the following legitimate purposes:
- Personal entertainment and companionship
- Content creation and streaming (VTubing, live streaming)
- Professional productivity and assistance
- Educational and learning applications
- Business and enterprise communications
- Creative projects and storytelling
- Research and development (with appropriate permissions)
3. Prohibited Content
You may NOT use the Service to create, generate, share, or promote:
3.1 Illegal Content
- Content that violates any applicable law or regulation
- Content related to illegal drugs or controlled substances
- Content promoting or facilitating illegal activities
- Pirated or illegally obtained copyrighted material
3.2 Harmful Content
- Content depicting violence, gore, or torture
- Content promoting self-harm or suicide
- Content promoting eating disorders or dangerous behaviors
- Content glorifying terrorism or extremism
3.3 Child Safety
- Any sexual or suggestive content involving minors
- Content that exploits or endangers children
- Content designed to groom or manipulate minors
3.4 Hate and Harassment
- Hate speech targeting race, ethnicity, religion, gender, or other protected characteristics
- Harassment, bullying, or intimidation of individuals
- Doxxing or sharing private information without consent
- Content designed to shame or humiliate others
3.5 Deceptive Content
- Deepfakes intended to deceive or mislead
- Impersonation of real individuals without consent
- Misinformation or disinformation campaigns
- Fraud, scams, or phishing attempts
- Fake endorsements or testimonials
4. Prohibited Activities
You may NOT engage in the following activities:
4.1 Technical Abuse
- Attempting to bypass security measures or access controls
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Service
- Introducing malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Overwhelming our systems with excessive requests (DoS attacks)
- Scraping or automated data collection without permission
- Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities (report them instead)
4.2 Account Abuse
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits or bans
- Sharing account credentials with others
- Selling or transferring accounts without authorization
- Using automated tools to create or manage accounts
4.3 Commercial Abuse
- Reselling the Service without authorization
- Using the Service to compete with Synchroverse
- Mining data to train competing AI systems
- Using the Service for spam or unsolicited advertising
5. AI-Specific Guidelines
When interacting with AI companions:
- Do not attempt to jailbreak or bypass AI safety measures
- Do not use prompt injection to generate prohibited content
- Do not create AI personas that impersonate real public figures
- Do not use AI companions for deceptive or manipulative purposes
- Clearly disclose AI-generated content when required by law or platform rules
- Do not present AI responses as professional advice (medical, legal, financial)
6. Streaming and Content Creation
When using Synchroverse for streaming or content creation:
- Comply with platform guidelines (Twitch, YouTube, etc.)
- Ensure your content is appropriate for your audience
- Do not use our avatars to violate other platforms' terms
- Respect intellectual property rights in your content
- Be transparent with your audience about AI use if required
7. Reporting Violations
If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy, please report it immediately to abuse@synchroverse.ai. Include as much detail as possible, including screenshots and relevant context.
8. Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in:
- Warning: First-time or minor violations
- Temporary Suspension: Repeated or moderate violations
- Permanent Ban: Severe or repeated violations
- Legal Action: Criminal activity or significant harm
We reserve the right to take immediate action without warning for severe violations, including those involving child safety, illegal activity, or platform security.
9. Appeals
If you believe your account was suspended in error, you may submit an appeal to appeals@synchroverse.ai. Include your account information and a detailed explanation. Appeals are reviewed within 5 business days.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
